Estimated Bill Information
The gas network operator, ATCO, is currently experiencing delays in meter reading services across WA. As a result, ATCO may provide an estimated meter read for your supply address to Alinta Energy, which can be used to calculate your gas bill. In most cases, this estimate is calculated based on the gas consumption at your property over the same period last year.
ATCO is working to return to normal meter reading services as soon as possible so that actual meter readings can be obtained for your future bills.
Your next scheduled meter reading will be approximately 3 months after the issue date on your current bill. To ensure your meter is read, please ensure safe access to your gas meter so the ATCO meter reader can visit your property and provide us with a meter reading for billing purposes.
