Application Process
Online Application
Your application is our first impression of you. Make sure to highlight your relevant experience right at the start. Ideally, a three-page maximum CV works best - save it as a .doc, .docx or .pdf to avoid any tech dramas. We will also ask you a few questions on the application form to get a better idea of who you are and why you want to join us!
Assessment
If we think you might be a good fit, we will invite you to complete an online assessment. This will measure your competencies, traits, and drivers, along with your logical, numerical, and verbal skills.
Video Interview
If you're successful after the assessment stage, you will be invited to complete a pre-recorded video interview online. This is a chance for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about us and the program, making sure we're on the same page.
Interview with our team
Interviews will take place at one of our offices or online via Microsoft Teams. This is where you'll meet the hiring manager, share more about your studies and any additional experience, and discuss your motivation for the role. You'll also answer some behavioural-based interview questions. If you get to this stage, a Talent Acquisition Partner will give you a call to help you feel prepared and ready to impress!
