Yes. If you're with another provider, you'll need to contact them to close the account. If you're moving overseas and need to close your account, call us on 13 13 58.

If you're getting a bill from Alinta Energy that isn't addressed to you, call us urgently on 13 13 58. We'll need to set up an account in your name. We'll also need to know the date you moved in.
