If you've opened an account with us at your new property and the gas isn't working, check that it's switched on at the meter. If you still need help, call us on 13 13 58 for details or follow the steps here.
If you're moving and have an account with another energy provider, you'll need to contact them to close it. If you're moving overseas and need to close your Alinta Energy account, calls us on 13 13 58.
When you enter your address, we'll tell you whether we supply gas to that area. Check out our great gas deals here.
If you're getting a bill from Alinta Energy that isn't addressed to you, call us urgently on 13 13 58. We'll need to set up an account in your name. We'll also need to know the date you moved in.
