What is a Primary contact?

At Alinta Energy we understand you may need to update the primary contact on your small business account from time to time. A primary contact has full authorisation of the account which includes but not limited to:

tick icon Make financial decisions relating to the SME Account, including enter into any additional contracts for the supply of Alinta Energy products and services or terminate such contracts;
tick icon Discuss via telephone or interact online in relation to the SME Account; and
tick icon Close the SME Account.

How do I change a primary contact to my account?
