Activating MyAccount is simple. Clicking here will take you to the activation page where you can “Activate MyAccount.”
Enter a few details including your Alinta Energy customer number (find it on the top right corner of your bill or welcome email) and your email address. Have your mobile phone handy because we will send you a verification code as an extra form of security.
Once you’ve activated, you’ll have instant access to MyAccount. Shortly after you’ll receive an email confirmation with your details.
