With Direct Debit, the amount due will be paid on the due date of each account or the instalment date automatically from your bank accounts, debit or credit card.
A message will appear on your account that it will be paid automatically on the due date. You’ll still receive a bill, so you can easily keep track of your energy consumption.

Unfortunately, for customers who are currently on a payment plan we’re unable to sign you up to direct debit.
Please note: Any outstanding bills will not be direct debited and you will need to pay the remaining amount as you would normally. Your Direct Debit will be set up for all future bills and debited from your preferred payment method.
