Solar Together Terms and Conditions

By providing your contact details and expressing your interest to join the Solar Together Program, you understand, acknowledge and agree that:

1. By registering your interest, even if you are eligible to participate you will not be automatically entered into the Solar Together Program. Alinta Energy will email all eligible participants further information about the Program, at which point you can decide whether or not to participate.
2. To be eligible to participate in the Solar Together Program, you must live in NSW, have the relevant electricity consumption patterns, be the owner of the property, and have a suitable property for solar panels and battery. Eligibility criteria and Program requirements are at Alinta Energy’s full discretion. Alinta Energy may at its full discretion develop additional eligibility criteria before the Program commences.
3. Alinta Energy is under no obligation to commence or proceed with the Program.
4. Alinta Energy may make changes to the Program, including to the reward structure, before the Program commences and will communicate any such changes to Program participants.
