Once an electronic voucher has been purchased it cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are not available due to a change of mind or if a product is mistakenly selected.
We ask that you carefully review your personal information, selected products, relevant charges, terms and validity conditions prior to proceeding to payment.
Refunds or exchanges are not issued for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed products, including where a product or eVoucher is delayed in being received either electronically or via Post. Tickets and eVouchers must be treated like cash and kept secure.
If a product to be mailed is not received, an enquiry must be lodged within 14 days of order at firstname.lastname@example.org. To safeguard products ordered via mail, registered post should be selected. Products sent via normal mail cannot be traced and no responsibility can be taken for tickets sent by this method.
A change in personal circumstance or a delay in receiving a product does not entitle a purchaser to return or exchange the product.
Should a purchaser receive a product that differs from their confirmed order, then a refund or exchange will be offered by NEAT TICKETS PTY LTD.
