We understand that for some businesses, uninterrupted power supply to run Life Support Equipment is critical. To receive priority attention, you need to register your Life Support Equipment with us.

The Government of Western Australia determines which medical equipment is classified as Life Support Equipment and provides a Life Support Equipment Energy Subsidy to assist financially disavantages persons meet the energy costs associated with operating that equipment. To see if the medical equipment operated by your business is classified as Life Support Equipment please visit the Department of Finance - Life Support Equipment Energy Subsidy Scheme.

Once your life Life Support Equipment is registered with us, we will advise Western Power, the electricity network operator, that there is critical medical equipment at your business address.

Often events that cause power outages, such as natural disasters or major accidents, are out of anyone's control. You are strongly advised to implement a plan to deal with potential power interruptions at your business.
