Customers recognise Alinta Energy in 2026 Finder Awards

While it's always nice to receive recognition, what matters most to us is where it comes from. The Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on feedback from customers about their experiences with their energy provider, making them a meaningful reflection of what people value and where they believe providers are getting it right.

This year, Alinta Energy was recognised across a broad range of categories, including Most Loved, Most Reliable, Trust, Value and Legendary Service. Alongside our three category wins — Most Loved in Queensland, Most Reliable in South Australia and Legendary Service in South Australia — we were were also highly commended in 22 other categories.

Every day, our people are helping customers navigate rising living costs, understand their bills, access support when they need it and keep the lights on. Most of that work happens quietly, often in conversations and interactions that never make the headlines.

Feedback like this is a reminder that those moments matter.

We're certainly not perfect, and there's always more we can do to improve. But it's encouraging to see customers recognising the effort our teams put in every day to deliver reliable service and support.
