August update on COVID-19 customer support measures

Alinta Energy will continue to offer customer support in line with the Australian Energy Regulator’s updated Statement of Expectations of energy businesses and industry-wide commitments made by Australian Energy Council members.

Details of the support available are prominently displayed on the front page of Alinta Energy’s website, and its MD & CEO Jeff Dimery today reaffirmed the company’s commitment to support its customers through the pandemic and its impacts.

“I want to again say to our customers, please get in touch with us if you’re having trouble paying your bills.

“You’re not alone, a lot of people are in the same situation, and we just want to make sure the right support measures are in place for you,” he said.
