Eligible customers will receive a rebate off our standard residential gas price. This rebate will be applied until 30 June 2024.

Alinta Energy is committed to helping our customers save on their gas bills.
For years, we’ve been helping our customers save through our great gas offers, which thousands of WA families have taken up.
As an additional step to demonstrate our commitment, we are now providing the Alinta Energy Tariff Rebate to eligible residential customers on our Standard Form Contract, including those in Albany and Kalgoorlie.
To be eligible for the Alinta Energy Tariff Rebate you must be a residential gas customer on our Standard Form Contract.
This includes Albany and Kalgoorlie residential gas customers.
New customers who sign up to Alinta Energy on a Standard Form Contract from 10 July 2023 will also be eligible for the rebate.
Alinta Energy has a range of great gas deals that are generally available to our residential customers within the Coastal Metropolitan region.
The rebate will be applied from 10 July 2023 and will continue until 30 June 2024.
No, we’ve made it easy. Eligible customers will automatically have the rebate applied to their Alinta Energy account from 10 July 2023.
Existing customers who are currently on a Standard Form Contract will receive communication with their first bill after 10 July 2023.
New customers who sign up with Alinta Energy on a Standard Form Contract from 10 July 2023 will receive communication about the tariff rebate with their first bill.
