Connecting Natural Gas for the first time?

If a property needs to be connected to natural gas for the first time the gas fitter or builder needs to lodge a Request for Gas (RFG). The gas fitter or builder can complete the RFG form or download and fax it back to us on 1800 677 949. The Natural Gas meter box must be fitted in an approved position before submitting the RFG form.
