Terms and conditions

By providing your contact details and expressing your interest to join the Solar Power Saver Rewards Program, you understand, acknowledge and agree that:

1. Before the Program commences, Alinta Energy will email all eligible participants further details about the Program and you can then decide whether or not to participate.
2. To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must have been invited by us to participate, have the relevant appliances based on the Program requirements (i.e. a compatible solar inverter, pool pump and/or split system air conditioner) and be prepared to download an app on a mobile device. Eligibility criteria and Program requirements are at Alinta Energy’s full discretion. Alinta Energy may, at its full discretion, develop additional eligibility criteria, for example, limit Program participants based on geographic location, the age and/or size of the solar panel system, or consumption levels.
3. There will be no fee to enter the Program.
4. When the Program commences you will be able to leave the Program at any stage, without penalty.
5. Alinta Energy is under no obligation to proceed with the Program and may decide to terminate the Program at any stage and, if so, you will not be entitled to compensation.
