IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 42D OF THE GAS INDUSTRY ACT 2001
Alinta Energy Retail Sales Pty Ltd (Alinta Energy) ABN 22 149 658 300 provides notice of the variation of its deemed and standing offer gas tariffs for residential customers. These variations take effect from 1 January 2020, until the tariffs are varied.
These variations follow a review of Alinta Energy’s prices. The weighted average tariff variation for Alinta Energy residential gas customers is an increase of 0.7% across Victoria.

Definitions
Daily supply charge: a charge that applies for supplying gas to your premises for each day of the billing period, regardless of how much gas you use.
MJ: 'MJ' stands for megajoule and is the unit of measurement for your gas bill.
