I’m proud to share our 2024/25 Sustainability Report, which highlights the progress we’ve made where it truly matters — for our people, our customers, and the communities we serve.

This year, we met all our safety targets, achieved excellent compliance results, and continued to grow our renewable and storage pipeline. We also provided more support for customers doing it tough and deepened our relationships with communities and Traditional Custodians.

Some of the highlights I’m particularly proud of include:

• growing our development pipeline, with a feasibility licence secured for the Spinifex Offshore Wind Project and the acquisition of Tetris Energy, adding 3.2 GW of renewables to our portfolio
• launching the Better Energy Efficiency Program, which helps households reduce bills and improve energy use
• delivering $11 million in payment support to customers experiencing vulnerability
• the sale our customer platform, CORE, to the Tally Group
• the launch of our mobile app in October 2024 making it easier for our customers to manage their energy use.
