Call 13 13 58 before your bill is due and speak to a real person who can assist you.

If you’re having a hard time staying on top of your energy bill, we’re here to try and make things a little easier. There are lots of ways we can help, including:

  • Arranging more time for you to pay.
  • Setting up instalment payment plans or alternative payment options such as Centrepay and direct debit.
  • Referring you to external organisations that will be able to provide you with financial counselling.
  • Providing you with information about Government concessions and utility assistance programs.
  • Providing practical energy efficiency advice on how best to manage your ongoing energy usage.
