Distributor services may be affected

Please be aware that certain lockdown restrictions in your state may be affecting services offered by your distributor (for example meter reads, or new connections). If you need to get in touch with your distributor, you can find their details at the top right of your bill where it notes the “For Faults and emergencies” specific number to call, along with the name of your distributor. 

Changes to our call centre

As a result of COVID-19 our call centre is experiencing longer than usual wait times, because of this we'd appreciate your support by submitting all non-urgent enquiries through one of our other available contact channels below.
